Crowing or discovering our full potential?

You've heard the expression “one bad apple spoils the batch”, it’s similar when a bad experience, person, culture, or religion make an experience distasteful causing you to be closed from experiencing something possibly wonderful. This is one example of what contributes to creating our limited beliefs. I believe the human potential is so far beyond what we can even imagine. Perhaps the problem lies there in the statement “human potential”. We often see ourselves as merely the flesh, bone, brain, and all the systems that run our bodies and mind. However, studying the complexity of the human body and how these systems work together with such complexity is in itself quite a miracle. Until we discover our true nature as infinite beings, we may not realize this potential.

Now what does this all have to do with crowing anyway? When a person perceives through these limited beliefs, a man or woman acting in a certain behavior, wearing a certain set of clothing, saying precise words, (ie. Crowing) and assumes that they believe that these actions create a desired effect, specifically that their small egoic selves can change the course of nature through these rituals. In this context, I can understand the quick judgement of the observer. However, one cannot judge by observation alone. This matter is as complex as the mystery of life. Cannot humans manifest their desires through co-creation with the universal consciousness through their intent and belief? If this hypothesis is correct, why then is it not possible to change the course of events with a particular set of activities that enhance one’s belief in the desired outcome?

I may not have believed this myself, if not for personal experiences with manifestation. I witnessed this as well with people curing themselves from fatal diseases. So, can we make it rain? Stop a war? Reverse the effects of global warming or radiation exposure? I think given enough focused prayers and beliefs in mass consciousness why not? If we believe we can accomplish something, then we can. It is not a matter of what we wear, what words we use to pray or how loud we crow, it is dependent on our belief and desire for that intent. And even if this hypothesis is completely unsubstantiated, if there was even the slightest miniscule chance that it is so, why not try? Or at least not discourage or make fun of someone’s belief if it served them with hope?
